There is a kind of beauty that makes people look twice.
Then there is a kind of beauty that makes people inhale and hold it in for a moment before exhaling when you pass by.
I need us to speak freely about the difference.
In a lot of healing spaces, women are showing up polished, glowing, dressed in bohemian chic, speaking in all the right words, holding “intentional space,” and still… something feels off.
Your body is sitting there like, I don’t know about this.
I want you to trust that.
Beauty is not just how someone looks when they walk into a room. Beauty is also how their energy is felt in that room.
A woman can be gorgeous and still carry energy that feels heavy, competitive, cold, controlling, or performative. A woman can be simple, quiet, and not doing too much at all, but her presence makes you feel safe enough to be around.
That is the beauty I trust.
Good energy does not perform
A lot of women have learned how to look soft without actually being soft.
They know how to create a beautiful aesthetic.
They know how to post the right captions.
They know how to talk about healing, femininity, energy, sisterhood, nervous systems, and self-love.
But when you get close, you can feel it.
There is still judgment underneath it.
There is still ego in the room.
There is still a little shade hidden inside the smile.
There is still this quiet need to be seen as more healed, more spiritual, more chosen, more feminine, more beautiful, more advanced than the next woman.
And that is not true beauty to me.
Good energy does not need to prove how healed it is. It lets people feel safe without making a big announcement about it.
Beauty with good energy should feel like peace.
When your beauty carries good energy, people do not feel like they have to shrink around you.
They do not feel like they have to compete with you.
They do not feel like they have to watch every word because you might twist it, judge it, or use it later.
They can sit beside you and still feel like themselves.
That kind of beauty is rare.
None of us are perfect. We all have moments. We all get triggered. We all have shadows. We all have days where our tone is off, our patience is thin, or our heart is tired.
There is a difference between being human and being harmful while calling it healing.
That is the part we have to be honest about.
So yes, trust your intuition.
When something feels off, listen.
Not from judgment.
Not from jealousy.
Not from fear.
But from the quiet knowing in your body that says, I know what safe feels like, and this is not it.
And if this blog finds you as the woman who holds space for others, let this be a gentle check-in.
Your beauty is not just in how you look.
It is in how people feel when they leave your presence.
That is the kind of beauty that carries good energy.
